 I just thought I would drop you a quick line to say that our honeymoon to Paradise Cove was truly paradise! We had an amazing time, the food was spectacular, the hotel was brilliant and the staff were even better! It was such a cosy, private and highly personal hotel. Just a quick note to say our Holiday to Le Touessrok was superb.
The setting, accommodation, food, staff and the Golf Course are First Class.
It is without doubt an idyllic location and a holiday to always remember.
The booking was handled in a extremely professional manner. A ground floor room
on the Hibiscus wing was requested and provided, leading directly onto the beach – perfect.
The transfers to and from the Airport were also perfect and extremely professional.
My many thanks to Airworld Tours.
We are already researching our luxury holiday for next year! Will be in touch soon.

Just for your info we have just got around to e-mailing you regarding our holiday at the Shangri-la Al Bandar in Oman we arrive on the 2nd of May everything went very smoothly and we had a wonderful time the hotel was lovely all members of staff working there were very friendly and nothing to much trouble, we are pleased we were changed from the Al Waha to the Al Bandar because as you say the Al Waha was more suited to children but very good that you could use all the facilities in both hotels as we did use their restaurant for the Asian food night which was delicious, it was good that we had the free complimentory half board option as it could of worked out quite expensive to eat and drink with the pound being weak against the rial, we will certainly go back again ,preferably to the Al Bandar so we will be looking out for your special deals. If you ever have the opportunity to go to Oman it is a lovely beautiful country.

| I am just writing to compliment Airworld Tours and your agents in Mauritius Coquille Bonheur (Christian Lefevre) on providing us with a wonderful holiday at the Hilton Spa Mauritius.
The Hilton was just as you say with fantastic amenities, staff, service,food, beach etc.
Our welcome at the airport was fantastic with your rep waiting for us with a cold bottle of water for each of us with a refreshing cold flannel to cool us down before we got to our private transfer.
Unfortunately we had an accident on our way to the hotel but that was when we found out how kind, thoughtful, welcoming and helpful your agent in mauritius were and also how hospitable the Mauritian people are.
On ar rival at the hotel we were welcomed in and taken to a lounge area where again we were given a cold juice and cold flannel while we were booked in.
From that point things got better with your agents MD Christian coming to see us and giving us a free days excursion all because of our accident and him apologising to us for the accident, which incidentally they where not to be blamed for in any way. Our day out was wonderful and would recommend to anyone going out on an excursion with Coquille Bonheur is a must.
From booking our holiday with you to getting back home and everything between was handled professionally, courteously, with all my queries answered.

| Just wanted to say what a wonderful holiday we had. I just want to say you made it extra special and even with all the Icelandic problems, we were stress free.
The Hotel was fab fab !!!!!! and wonderfull.

Just to let you know we have just returned home, and luckily got the return flight we were booked on too. First off, thank you so much for arranging our holiday and to thank you and all the representatives of air world tours, especially Nathalie (from Coquille Bonheur) in Mauritius for taking care of us. Everything you arranged went very smoothly from the pick up at the airport to keeping us informed about the volcanic ash problem and any events affecting us.
