Grand Mirage Resort & Thalasso Bali is located at Tanjung Benoa, on the southern tip of Bali's Nusa Dua peninsula – approximately 20–30 minutes from Ngurah Rai International Airport (DPS) via the toll road. Airport transfers are available on request (surcharge applies; must be arranged at least 72 hours before arrival via the resort).
Taxis and ride-share services (Grab, Gojek) are readily available. The resort is within walking distance of local restaurants, shops, and the Tanjung Benoa water sports beach strip.
All-inclusive packages (Gold All-Inclusive) cover all meals and buffets across all restaurants, free-flow drinks from 11am–midnight, all non-motorised water sports, resort activities, daily minibar refresh, welcome drink, and late check-out until 2pm.
• Motorised water sports and Thalasso Spa treatments carry surcharges (discounts apply for all-inclusive guests)
• Children 12 and older are charged as adults for all-inclusive rates; children aged 4–11 attract a child rate; 2 children under 3 stay free using existing beds
• Guests on all-inclusive packages receive a wristband to be worn at all times within the resort
• Since February 2024, all foreign tourists entering Bali must pay a 150,000 Rupiah (approx. US$10) tourist levy at Ngurah Rai Airport
• The resort observes Nyepi (Bali's Day of Silence / Hindu New Year) – no arrivals, departures, or outdoor activity permitted for 24 hours (typically March or April); Bali's airport also closes on this day

April through October (Bali's dry season) offers the most reliable sunshine, ideal beach conditions, and excellent visibility for snorkelling and water sports. December and January can bring rainfall but the resort remains vibrant year-round, with Christmas and New Year surcharges applied to bookings during the peak festive period.
