Opened in 2005, this air-conditioned complex is flanked by four large towers. Aside from the 40 bungalows, the complex also offers an array of other services including a games room, a café-restaurant, a bar, a terrace, a large dining room with barbecue and handmade ceramic tables, a foyer with a 24-hour reception desk, a surveillance tower and public Internet access. Lying amidst sprawling gardens in which comfortable furniture has been laid out, the complex also offers a kids' club for younger guests as well as room and laundry services. A hearty breakfast is on offer to guests each morning; lunch and the evening meal may be taken à la carte or chosen from a menu. It is possible to book a half-board, full-board or bed and breakfast only stay. Drinks are inclusive.

The bungalows are all of varying sizes, ranging from junior suites with a bedroom for 2 persons and a lounge to great suites with 2 bedrooms and a double living room for a total of 6 persons. All suites come with a bathroom, are fully furnished and feature a direct dial telephone, a TV and a minibar as well as double or king-sized bed, a terrace and individually controlled heating and air conditioning.
