Hotel 20° Sud (20° South) is the first and only 'boutique' hotel on the island of Mauritius - petite
and luxurious and set in a scenic beachfront tropical setting overlooking Grand Baie. This
charming haven of refinement and serenity offers 27 rooms with sea view and 8 suites just steps
from the sea, in a small coconut grove surrounded by private estates. The decor of the hotel is
chosen exclusively by the Belgian interior designer Flamant. The hotel is managed by the
proprietors themselves, Anne and Michel Bourgeois, who are proud to maintain a very discreet,
stylish and friendly ambience, in keeping with the hotel's unique concept. The transfer from the
airport is approx. an hour.
