	Minimum residency required prior to marriage is 3 working days
	Minimum age - 21 years (if under 21, parental consent is required in the form of an Affidavit stamped by a notary)
	Passport copies (pages containing passport number, photo, issue/expiry dates)
	Birth certificates
	If single - Affidavit to declare single status
	If divorced - Decree Absolute and Affidavit to declare marital status
	If widowed - former spouse's Death Certificate and previous Marriage Certificate
	If adopted - Adoption Certificate
	If name changed by Deed Poll - legal proof required, stamped and signed by a solicitor
	Personal details (e.g. names, addresses and occupations)
