Situated north of Colombo near Waikkal Village, approx. 12 km from Negombo and 45 minutes from the airport. This large property is set in an unspoilt location in 20 acres of beautiful palm gardens - in places almost jungle-like - beside a canal. A medium standard hotel, the property is quite large and offers, perhaps, the largest swimming pool in Sri Lanka. Although the hotel is located on the seafront, there is no beach at the hotel. There is a public beach just a few minutes walk from the hotel.

Breakfast, lunch and dinner. Mid-morning, afternoon and midnight snacks are also provided.
